1. Scope of Services

Its Digital Video, LLC provides services that may include pre-production planning, filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of final video assets. Project scope and deliverables are defined in your proposal or agreement.

2. Timelines and Delivery

Its Digital Video, LLC provides estimated production timelines, but delivery may shift due to client response times, scheduling changes, weather, location restrictions, or third-party dependencies.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay invoices according to the approved proposal. Its Digital Video, LLC may pause work on accounts with overdue balances until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Its Digital Video, LLC retains ownership of internal production methods, templates, and tools. Final delivered assets are transferred according to the terms in your agreement after full payment.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing subject to the active agreement. Its Digital Video, LLC will deliver completed work up to the termination date once all outstanding payments are settled.
